Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in behavioral consultation or a related field, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience working in educational or corporate settings.
- Familiarity with a variety of behavioral assessment tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools for monitoring and evaluating behavioral interventions.
- Experience with electronic record-keeping systems for tracking client progress.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
