Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Behavior Analyst to join our dedicated team, focused on leveraging behavioral science to improve outcomes for individuals with diverse needs. In this critical role, you will lead the design and implementation of evidence-based behavior intervention strategies while mentoring and guiding a team of analysts and practitioners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and analysis of individual behavior to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to specific needs.
- Supervise and mentor junior behavior analysts and practitioners, fostering professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated approaches to behavioral health and education.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge on behavioral analysis techniques and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education and support regarding behavior interventions and progress.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with 5+ years of experience in the field.
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a behavioral health or educational setting.
- Familiarity with data collection software and behavior tracking systems.
- Advanced training in specialized areas of behavior analysis, such as autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis software and behavioral assessment tools.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation best practices.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies and practices.
