- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting providing behavioral therapy
- Strong knowledge of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and their families
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of behavioral conditions
- Certification in specific therapeutic techniques (e.g., play therapy, dialectical behavior therapy)
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in mental health
