Role Overview

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in antenna design and testing methodologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in antenna engineering, contributing to strategic research and development initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in antenna design and development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Expertise in electromagnetic simulation tools such as CST Microwave Studio, ANSYS HFSS, or similar.
- Strong understanding of RF principles, including impedance matching, radiation patterns, and gain optimization.
Preferred:
- Experience with phased array antennas and MIMO systems.
- Proficiency in materials science as it relates to antenna performance enhancements.
- Familiarity with standards and regulations governing antenna design and testing.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep proficiency in antenna measurement techniques and equipment.
- Hands-on experience with RF circuit design and testing.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for automation of simulations and data analysis.
