Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in analog circuit design, with a proven track record of successful product development
- Strong understanding of analog design principles, including amplifiers, filters, and mixed-signal circuits
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering teams and leading complex projects
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence, Spectre, or similar
Preferred:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in power management IC design or RF circuit design
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for test (DFT) principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in analog circuit simulation and verification tools
- Experience with PCB design and layout considerations
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making methodologies
