Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced RF Engineering Manager to lead our talented team of engineers in the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge RF systems. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of RF engineers in the design, simulation, and testing of RF components and systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in RF engineering, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of RF design principles, including experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS) and measurement equipment.
- Strong understanding of wireless communication standards and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Preferred:
- Experience with the development of RF systems for commercial or defense applications.
- Familiarity with software-defined radio (SDR) and advanced modulation techniques.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and implement new technologies within a team environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in RF circuit design, including amplifiers, filters, and oscillators.
- Proficiency in using RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Experience with PCB design tools and manufacturing processes.
