What you'll do:
- Implementing and managing performance channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Creating targeted campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and lead generation
- Planning and creating conversion-focused landing pages
- Optimizing the conversions funnel through A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey
- Consistently seeking ways to enhance and maximize results
- Generating market insights by identifying growth opportunities, staying informed about industry trends, and exploring innovative marketing strategies and technologies to stay ahead of the curve
- Working daily with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing
- B2B marketing expertise to accelerate lead generation and maximize ROI
- Excellent track record of constantly improving marketing performance (e.g., A/B testing tool kit, KPI reporting, Optimization tools)
- Outstanding communication skills combined with being goal-oriented
- Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
