Our journey began over 25 years ago when our co-founder, Tim Spector, studied 13,000 twins to understand how genes, gut microbes, and lifestyle choices affect health. He discovered that even identical twins react differently to the same foods, proving there's no one-size-fits-all diet. This insight is at the heart of what we do. We believe that understanding your unique biology is key to taking control of your health. Our at-home test kit, which includes a gut health test, blood sugar, and blood fat tests, empowers you to understand how your body responds to food. Based on these results, our app provides a personalized nutrition program, helping you make smarter food choices step by step.
