You will work approximately 15–20 hours per week for each course module, spanning 5 to 7 weeks, flexibly supporting learners with structured touch points and real-time engagement.

Your primary goal is to ensure learners stay engaged, feel supported, and successfully complete the program—especially as they navigate the emerging, sometimes ambiguous landscape of AI workflow.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and address learner experience challenges, including issues related to content clarity, assignment expectations, or access to tools.

Course and Monitor Learning

  • Track learner activity, completion of weekly assignments, and participation in both asynchronous and synchronous components.

  • Flag and proactively intervene with at-risk learners, using data from the Learning Management System and communication logs.

  • Provide light grading, feedback, or rubric-based scoring when appropriate and approved by the course team.

  • Maintain updated and organized documentation on each learner’s progress and engagement.

About You

  • 2+ years in customer-facing, education, or coaching roles.

  • Solid knowledge of—or a strong interest in—AI technologies, particularly prompt engineering and tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
