The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our growing Data team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the company. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to surface insights, improve business performance, and enable scalable analytics.
You’ll bring strong analytical thinking, technical skills, and business acumen to uncover opportunities, design KPIs, and influence product and strategy decisions. This is a remote position reporting to the Sr. Manager of Data Analytics.
Responsibilities
Product Business Data Analytics Reporting
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, experiment outcomes, and product performance.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Build dashboards and reports in Tableau to support product, marketing, and finance leaders.
- Conduct exploratory analysis, funnel analysis, segmentation, and cohort tracking to drive engagement and retention strategies.
KPI Ownership Collaboration
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across product and business domains.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure metrics are clearly understood, consistently calculated, and tied to company goals.
- Identify trends, diagnose anomalies, and recommend course corrections in collaboration with business owners.
Technical Skills Data Transformation
- Expertise in SQL to query, analyze, and transform data efficiently.
- Strong understanding of semantic layers to enable scalable, self-serve analytics across the company.
- Proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing and advanced analytics.
- Advanced Tableau skills for building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
- Experience with dbt (data build tool) is strongly desirable, as it enables efficient data transformation and modeling.
- Conduct data modeling and predictive analytics to support business initiatives.
- Develop a foundational understanding of Python for analytics projects that require deeper data science techniques.
- Navigate GitHub to review key tables created by Engineering
- Document insights and collaborate effectively using Confluence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product analytics, business intelligence, or data roles in high-growth tech environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with experimentation design and analysis (A/B testing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience automating reporting processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- macOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with dbt is a plus, particularly for financial data transformation and modeling.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms.
- Python knowledge for advanced analytics or modeling.
