The System Specialist, DevOps, plays a critical role in ensuring robust support for systems utilized by application development teams. This role involves overseeing the configuration and support of products, driving team productivity, providing coaching, and contributing to strategic planning. The position also liaises with Product Owners and Compliance Teams for data analysis.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain Product Documentation.
  • Work with Product Owners to uphold data management standards.
  • Facilitate the development and deployment of system integration strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership in developing and validating processes and technologies.
  • Coordinate with product suppliers and provide technical support.
  • Manage users, groups, and projects.
  • Participate in technical review boards and offer technical support.
  • Support DevOps practices utilizing Azure DevOps, Fortify, GitHub, and Mend.
  • Liaise with Product Owners to provide system data to internal Compliance Teams.
  • Manage and coach the Support Teams and the end-user community (up to 20%).
