Germany onlyWe’re looking for a (Senior) Data Scientist who thrives at the intersection of analytics, product thinking, and innovation. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, customers and fellow data scientists to shape how AI is embedded into real-world ERP workflows. From auditing complex SQL reports to end-to-end implementation of complex AI features, you’ll define the next generation of ERP intelligence.

Your Tasks
- You design, prototype & produce AI features & agents for real-world deployments in the ERP space
- You build rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure the quality, reliability and performance of our AI features
- You rapidly assess the feasibility and impact of AI concepts in a business operations context
- You translate user needs into data workflows, logic, and scalable solutions
- You audit, optimize, and scale customer-facing SQL reports across the ERP platform
Your Profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a data science / machine learning / AI engineering role
- You comprehensively understand generative AI components (LLMs, embeddings, logprobs, evaluation methods & metrics)
- You have strong expertise in Python and relevant ML & AI frameworks and design patterns (e.g. RAG)
- You show strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You provide advanced SQL skills and experience with complex, user-facing reporting
- You speak fluently English and German
