Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a successful track record of selling in the Public Sector or Healthcare verticals.
  • Strong Cloud technical acumen.
  • Understanding the technical challenges and demands of Cloud solutions.
  • Ideal experience includes consultative solution.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS and GCP preferred.
  • Strong skills in developing new relationships with customers and the ability to recommend and position technical solutions to solve customer business challenges.
  • Critical skills necessary are account planning with an extended team, calling at all levels within the customer's organization, and managing partner relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Want to work with highly motivated individuals that come together to form a high-performance team? Come join WWT today! We are looking for a Cloud Advisor to join our Global Service Provider (GSP) team, with primary focus on Media, Entertainment and Gaming (MEG) clients.

What will you be doing?

World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for Cloud Advisor to join our Public Sector or Healthcare sales team. You will be a solution sales resource supporting either our Public Sector or Healthcare verticals and working closely with our regional account teams to support our most strategic MEG customers. You will partner effectively with the core and cross-functional teams within WWT to formulate and drive an all-encompassing strategy from an idea to a business outcome. You will prospect, qualify, and advance the sales process to exceed regional cloud services and consumption goals. You will understand the benefits a Multicloud strategy can offer large enterprise organizations and leverage the vast teams of deep technical resources at WWT to drive your opportunities forward. You will influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor.

You will work very closely with the WWT Account Managers and Solution Engineers to ideate and develop sales strategies around how WWT can deliver value to their customers through Cloud technologies. You will be focused on creating and positioning large programs involving numerous technologies to deliver high-value outcomes for customers.

Role success will be measured by closed opportunities in the designated region driving growth and profitability of the Cloud Practice. Successful candidates must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess the ability to work with multiple sales teams across a region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Cloud Services in the Public Sector or Healthcare verticals.
  • Align to partner sell with resources in the field (Microsoft ECMs, AWS Partner Sales Managers, GCP Regional Partner Managers)
  • Develop deep understanding of the resell mechanics of ISV and solution offerings through the major hyperscaler's
  • Develop deep understanding and manage all execution relating to partner funding and incentive programs.
  • Deliver/host joint account planning sessions between WWT field sellers and Partner field sellers.
  • Ensure WWT is top of mind as the preferred partner with Provider field sellers.
  • Attend/host regional Provider Planning Days
  • Drive/maintain consistent, healthy joint selling pipeline and ensure proper reporting.
  • Continuous collaboration with the Cloud, Global Engineering, Business Development Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams
  • Understand all relevant partner KPIs and build/manage business to exceed targets.
  • Coordinate and host cadence call for all parties critical to campaign success
  • Remain current on the latest technologies through participation in both internal and external training.
  • Measure business portfolio performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identify and quantify variances and perform corrective actions with transparency to all stakeholders.
  • Expanding WWTs presence thru driving relevance to customer's key business objectives
  • Professional networking to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-making managers at targeted clients.
  • Maintaining client and OEM relationships, Creating Value for client account from Idea to Outcome
  • Determining the optimal (and appropriate) coverage model across all teams and organizations within WWT
  • Lead the selling strategy creating short and long-term plans based on research and a deep understanding of business and technology trends
