Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience successfully leading process assessments, audits, and continuous improvement efforts in Talent Acquisition.
- A minimum of 2 years; experience supporting or leading the design and implementation of AI systems and tools, driving process optimization and adoption.
- Strong knowledge of global compliance regulations, data privacy laws, and risk management practices within the recruitment space.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and/or third-party service agreements.
- Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills to derive insights from data and convert them into recommendations for improvement.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvements, technology upgrades, and training initiatives.
- Experience designing and/or implementing Eightfold.
- Experience with ATS system design and management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Prior experience in recruitment.
