Requirements
- At least twenty years of EPC - full project delivery experience
- Robust background in capital project procurement, subcontracts, logistics, expediting, supplier inspection, and materials management
- Sound knowledge of capital project management, commercial and bidding strategies, material management, international operations, risk management, closeout, and supplier performance reviews
- Strong financial analysis
- Ability to work with other cultures, disciplines, management, contractors, and suppliers in a functional support and team role
- Strong personal work ethic and standards
- Experience in supply chain planning and execution to support self-perform fabrication and construction
- Experience in developing procurement plans and contracting strategies for large, complex projects
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills, ability to lead multi-discipline teams across diverse geographies
