What we’re looking for:

As we embark on our next phase of growth, Wonders is seeking a driven and dedicated Mandarin-speaking Growth Marketing Manager to become a valuable addition to our team. In this position, you will oversee our SEO in both English and Chinese, driving our organic growth. You’ll also work on website conversion optimization and marketing landing pages. You may also work on email and lifecycle marketing. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and seamlessly blend analytical insights with creativity, with an ‘always be testing’ mindset, is what sets you apart.

What you'll accomplish:

• You will be the owner of our English and Chinese SEO efforts, across technical SEO, content, and backlink building.

• You will be the owner of our website in both English and Chinese, and oversee website performance, UX optimization, content management to improve website performance.

• You will build automation workflows leveraging webhooks and Zapier to send data across multiple platforms including Salesforce.

• You will partner with other marketing team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

• [Optional] You will create email series to drive onboarding and nurturing of prospects and customers.

About You:

• You have excellent communication skills in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin Chinese, and are fully proficient in English.

• You have 5+ years of experience managing SEO.

• You have 3+ years of experience managing website marketing and conversion rate optimization.

• You’re familiar with using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Webflow, and Salesforce.

Bonus Points:

• You have knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP.

• You have experience in the SMB audience or the restaurant industry.

• You have experience working in a startup environment

• You have experience with lifecycle marketing and email platforms such as Braze or Sendgrid.
