About the role:
WinTech is in the initial phases of creating a new e-commerce store dedicated to distributing Research-Purpose-Only (RPO) peptides and nootropics of the highest quality. Our commitment is to serve our diverse clientele—ranging from dedicated researchers to passionate enthusiasts — with unparalleled quality products. We maintain strict testing protocols to ensure our products possess exceptional purity and meet the most rigorous industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of web-funnel performance and user behavior to identify areas of improvement
Develop and implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to increase conversion rates
Monitor metrics and analyse data to generate actionable insights, find trends, patterns and provide recommendations to maximize KPIs
Work closely with the marketing, design teams and data analyst to create effective landing pages and conversion paths
Utilize data and analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the success of optimization efforts
Collaborate with the product development team to improve user experience and functionality
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO and implement innovative techniques
Requirements:
Proven experience in CRO with a track record of improving conversion rates on websites or web funnels
At least 3+ years of work experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager in web-funnels subscription products
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Experience with A/B testing platforms, such as Optimizely or VWO
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that align with the organization’s goals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
Nice To Haves:
Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
Experience in marketing: attribution, UTM parameters, ROAS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights based on the data.
Strong spoken and written English
