Requirements
- Own and manage the delivery of live bootcamps, training sessions, and upskilling programs.
- Supervise trainers or facilitators conducting live sessions.
- Collect, analyze, and report on training feedback and post-training performance data.
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Training stakeholders to identify training needs.
- Maintain a library of training materials.
