Check out the latest Whatnot updates on our news and engineering blogs and join us as we enable anyone to turn their passion into a business and bring people together through commerce.RoleAs a Senior People Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders across our global Tech org (Engineering, Product, Design) to understand business priorities, strengthen teams, and support our continued growth and international expansion.You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping drive people strategy, org design, and key talent decisions. You'll also play a key role in shaping and executing People programs that enable teams to do their best work.You WillCoach leaders and managers to improve team effectiveness, performance, and employee experiencePartner on people strategy, including org design, workforce planning, and team developmentAdvise on employee relations matters, including performance, behavior, and investigations, partnering with employment legal as neededDrive core people programs & processes (compensation, performance cycles, talent planning) for your orgPartner with COEs (L&D, Total Rewards, People Ops) to shape and deliver effective programsUse data and insights to proactively identify and address talent risks (e.g., attrition, engagement)Lead change management efforts across reorgs, leadership changes, and evolving business prioritiesSupport manager development across inclusion, team effectiveness, and leadership capabilityDesign and lead org-specific initiatives tied to business and team needsLeverage engagement surveys and people data to inform decisions around culture, growth, retention, and performanceWe offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in‑person time for planning, problem‑solving, and connection.
