Job Responsibilities:
The Learning Partner II is responsible for executing training programs, ensuring training materials are effective, and continuously optimizing learning solutions. As a key contributor to the Learning & Development function, Learning Partner II works closely with Learning Partner III, Learning Program Leads, and business stakeholders to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
