We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and user-driven Content Manager to help deliver high quality and impactful in-product content for a next-generation health and wellness mobile app.
Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of in-app content initiatives — from planning through to launch across multimedia formats (video, audio, text, interactive), ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
- Maintain and enforce editorial standards and brand guidelines across all content types.
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, producers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact, user-centered content.
- Partner with UX researchers and analysts to incorporate user insights and behavioral data into content decisions and iterations.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives — helping define testable hypotheses, implement variants, and track performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on key content performance indicators (e.g., engagement, retention, completion rates) using relevant dashboards and tools
- Identify opportunities to repurpose or adapt in-product content across other channels (e.g., CRM, lifecycle marketing) to extend value and reach.
- Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to scaling a high-quality, data-informed content operation.
- Stay ahead of market, product, and health/wellness content trends — and actively shape them — to position the brand as a leader in the space.
