As a Knowledge Analyst, you will be responsible for creating process documentation, flow diagrams, and insightful dashboards to help various teams understand, optimize, and track business operations effectively. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, project managers, and data analysts.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and operational documentation using Microsoft Visio.
- Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business performance analysis.
- Translate raw data into meaningful insights and visual representations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and understand reporting and documentation needs.
- Ensure consistent and standardized documentation practices across business functions.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and update it regularly with current documentation.
- Conduct analysis on process efficiency, performance metrics, and suggest areas of improvement.
- Provide support in preparing presentations, briefings, and training materials.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all visual and data reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in a knowledge analyst, business analyst, or data analyst role.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Visio to create detailed process maps, swimlane diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including DAX functions, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a simple, visual format.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to project management methodologies or tools.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems or intranet platforms.
- Experience in creating SOPs, manuals, or training documentation.
