Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role—preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM market and experience working with businesses in the region.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (Comfortable with intermediate-level English for internal communication)
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or other CRMs.
