Roles Responsibilities

3. Building and maintaining a lead database: Creating and managing a database of potential leads, including contact information, lead status, and relevant notes.

4. Conducting outreach: Initiating contact with leads through personalized emails, phone calls, or social media messages to introduce products or services and nurture relationships.

5. Following up: Engaging with leads consistently to provide additional information, address concerns, and move them through the sales funnel.

6. Utilizing CRM systems: Inputting and updating lead information in customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions, monitor progress, and generate reports.
