POSITION LOCATION & OFFICES:This position is only available in New York City.
We are seeking a Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of positions in Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Engineering, & more! In this role you will partner closely with Executive Leadership to deploy creative strategies to attract talent. You will report directly into our VP, People and own external partners, talent branding strategies, and internal training needs around interview best practices.
We are thoughtfully scaling the team and this person will be in a position to directly impact our ability to hit company goals and milestones!
Responsibilities
Source, screen, interview and hire candidates while ensuring a top candidate experience across all open positions
Work with a sense of urgency to ensure candidates are quickly moving through the process
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by driving changes to the hiring and interview process, prioritizing needs across the organization, and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices.
Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
Create and deliver trainings on interview best practices to hiring managers and across the company.
Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever) and other People systems.
Adapt to changing headcount plans related to business outcomes and priorities.
Assist in the coordination of interviews.
Job Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience
Experience working at a start-up, in the tech sector, or in a similarly fast-paced environment
Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing leadership decision-making
Previous experience using a modern ATS - Lever preferred
Target driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Ability to build and establish genuine relationships with both hiring partners and candidates; ability to flex to a variety of working styles
Broad knowledge and understanding of HR policies and US employment laws
Strong communication and written skills

We have offices in NYC (HQ- NoMad) & Boston (Downtown/Financial). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid protocols and vaccination policy in place.
