Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking systems, and scheduling interviews.
    • Onboard new hires, including completing paperwork, providing orientation, and facilitating integration into the team.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns.
    • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes.
    • Coordinate performance reviews and provide guidance to managers.
  • HR Support:
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist with training and development initiatives.
    • Manage employee leave requests and workers’ compensation claims.
    • Prepare HR reports and data analysis.
    • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role required (3-5 years of experience preferred)
  • EU HR Experience preferred
  • Proficiency with the organizations HRIS and talent management systems (Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter) preferred
