Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking systems, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboard new hires, including completing paperwork, providing orientation, and facilitating integration into the team.
- Employee Relations:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Coordinate performance reviews and provide guidance to managers.
- HR Support:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with training and development initiatives.
- Manage employee leave requests and workers’ compensation claims.
- Prepare HR reports and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role required (3-5 years of experience preferred)
- EU HR Experience preferred
- Proficiency with the organizations HRIS and talent management systems (Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter) preferred
