Volunteers of America of Massachusetts (VOAMASS) provides holistic, integrated care to help our clients address behavioral health challenges, housing, and employment needs. Established in 1934, VOAMASS has grown to serve thousands of individuals and families throughout the Commonwealth each year, embodying the mission of the national Volunteers of America organization founded in 1896 by Ballington and Maud Booth.
As a dedicated nonprofit organization, VOAMASS offers a wide array of services including residential treatment, outpatient behavioral health services, and various programs specifically designed for veterans. Our comprehensive approach is centered on empowering clients by focusing on their strengths and needs, and we utilize trauma-informed care practices to guide our service delivery.
