We are looking for a responsible, customer service-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) to be part of our E-commerce Sales and Support Team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer support enquiries and working in a fast-paced environment with an international team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing sales support to online customers through our CRM platform
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, servicing customers
- Representing our brands with high standards of communication and service
- Coordinating sales and logistics issues with the logistics and product teams
- Meet support KPIs
