A customer-facing support role focused on helping hairdresser clients across multiple service channels. The role will cover order queries, billing questions, product access or login issues, and general support communication. The person must be comfortable in a fast-moving support environment, service-oriented, and emotionally steady when solving client problems throughout the day.

Key Requirements
- 2-3+ years of customer support / customer service / client service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMS, direct messages, and some calls or virtual meetings.
- Able to handle complaint-driven or troubleshooting-led conversations without becoming reactive.
- Confident learning product workflows and communicating them clearly to end users.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to follow process while still showing initiative.
- You genuinely enjoy customer service.
- Clear communication.
- Stay calm when handling complaints or troubleshooting.
- Open to UK-aligned schedules and at least one support seat covering Saturdays.
