VirtueStaff is on the lookout for a talented Software Developer who specializes in automations to join our innovative team. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions alongside creating efficient automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications tailored to meet client needs
• Build and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software solutions
• Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing software and automation systems
• Document software and automation processes for future reference and training
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the application of best practices in development and automation
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions to team members

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Developer with a focus on automations
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, N8N, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Familiarity with APIs and integrating different software systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Experience in documenting processes and workflows
