VirtueStaff seeks a detail-oriented Project Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of national furniture repair and installation projects, responsible for interpreting technical requirements, managing complex schedules, and maintaining project budgets.
Requirements
- Manage project progression, technician dispatch, and travel arrangements
- Help technicians define scope of work, outline deliverables, and identify key points of contact
- Handle project expenses, assignments, and budget tracking within QuickBooks Online
- Serve as primary point of communication for clients, managing timelines and expectations
- Utilize Monday.com, Slack, and Google Drive to maintain project transparency and efficiency
- Previous experience in B2B company within Construction, Design, or Civil Engineering industries
- Experience with Monday.com, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Google Drive, and Slack
- Strong ability to manage timelines, oversee dynamic project shifts, and influence outcomes through direct client communication
- Background: Experience working for a mid-sized USA-based company is required
