Our client is one of Australia’s leading creative industries institutions, offering world-class programs in Audio Engineering, Music, Film, Game Design, Animation, and Entertainment Business.
They are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the Academy’s major LMS and CRM transformation projects, ensuring that new systems, processes, and workflows are successfully understood and adopted across academic, administrative, sales, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management & Adoption
- Support the development and delivery of change management plans for LMS and CRM projects.
- Assess the impact of system changes across various teams and roles.
- Develop communication assets such as guides, FAQs, update notices, and process support materials.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating remote training sessions.
- Track adoption metrics and provide insights to project leadership.
Stakeholder & Communication Support
- Work with BAs, project leads, and technical teams to ensure changes are well-documented and clearly communicated.
- Identify change champions, early adopters, and resistance points.
- Maintain communication logs, readiness updates, and feedback channels.
Project Support & Coordination
- Contribute to RAID logs and risk escalation related to change adoption.
- Support staff engagement initiatives during system rollout.
- Assist with planning and execution of go-live readiness and post-go-live support.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in change management, organisational development, or project support roles.
- Experience supporting technology rollout or digital transformation projects (LMS/CRM experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, user-friendly communication and guidance materials.
- Familiarity with change methodologies (ADKAR, PROSCI) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in higher education or SaaS environments is an advantage.
