The Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier software engineering talent to support our international projects.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of operating in a flat structure and embodying our values of ownership and collaborative success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of our software engineering teams.
• Leverage your network and relationships within the Brazilian and Portuguese software engineering communities to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates against a high standard of proficiency and cultural fit for Vigil.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices

Requirements

• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
  
• Proven experience in technical recruiting, specifically hiring software engineers for international projects.
• Strong existing network and relationships within the Brazilian and Portuguese software engineering communities.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, take ownership of responsibilities, and work collaboratively.
• Driven by delivering high-quality and professional results.
• Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly and efficiently.
