Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management (e-commerce preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Merchandising, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or similar systems is beneficial
