Retail Inventory Planner

Podean is seeking a Retail Inventory Planner to drive data-backed decisions across sales, inventory, and financial performance for key eRetail marketplaces like Walmart, Target, and Amazon.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central and Walmart
• Strong background in sales forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment management
• Ability to analyze performance against targets and recommend actions to drive revenue and mitigate risks
• Experience managing inventory health, including stock allocation, turnover, and prevention of overstock and stockouts
• Hands-on experience with shipment planning and execution, including coordination and case pack compliance
• Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret reports (sales, inventory, replenishment, KPIs) to generate actionable insights
• Experience supporting end-to-end replenishment flow (planning through shipment to inventory tracking)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, operations, and marketing teams
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage planning cycles independently
• Proven experience in a planning-focused role (not purely executional or operational)
• Stable work history with a preference for long-term role commitment
