Key responsibilities for this role include:
Assist in building, testing, and maintaining data pipelines using Azure data services.
Support data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes.
Help create dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Document data models, processes, and technical workflows.
Support data quality checks and troubleshooting activities.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field / Min CGPA of 3.0 or above
Basic understanding of: SQL and relational databases and data analytics concepts and ETL processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to Azure services such as: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Lake
Basic knowledge of Python or R
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Basic understanding of AI
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: If Pursing Bachelors = $20 hour, If Pursing Masters = $25 hour, If Pursing Doctorate = $30 hour.
