As a People Advisor, you will support colleagues with expert HR advice and support, championing an engaging and supportive work environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of People functions and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practices.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent HR qualification) and/or relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a People Advisor or similar role, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth private sector companies.
- Sound understanding of UK employment law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate across all levels of the business.
- Proficiency in HRIS.
- Experience in managing and leading on a range of employee relations issues.
