Requirements
- 8+ years in People/HR roles at startups or scaleups (sub-500 employees preferred)
- 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience building a Talent and People function in a high-growth, tech-first environment
- HR tech fluency
- Commercial instinct
- European employment expertise
- Strong advisory presence
- Clear communication
- Comfort with ambiguity
