We’re growing intentionally — and we’re looking for a Project Manager who brings precision, clarity, and great judgment to everything they touch.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Project & Deadline Management: Own operational timelines and recurring cycles for the Accounting department, making sure deadlines, periodic resets, and critical workflows stay on track
✅ Onboarding, Offboarding & Reassignments: Support client and team onboarding, offboarding, and reassignment workflows by ensuring each step is completed in the right order and all tools, access, and tasks are perfectly set up
✅ SOP & Documentation Management: Create and maintain SOPs and documentation that are clear, consistent, and pixel-perfect so the team can work smoothly and independently
✅ Meetings & Workflow Support: Own end-to-end meeting support including agendas, action items, task creation, recaps, and follow-through
✅ Project Management System Maintenance: Update and audit task templates, review boards regularly, and keep everything clean and consistent
✅ Accountability Follow-Up: Follow up on missing inputs, overdue tasks, and attendance gaps
✅ Time & Attendance Tracking: Maintain accurate contractor time logs and follow up on missing data
✅ Reporting & Data Accuracy: Maintain operational reports and Google Sheets with precise data entry, ensuring all dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports are accurate, up to date, and reliable

What You Bring
⭐ This role requires full overlap with 9am to 5pm EST
⭐ You have 4+ years of experience in project management or operations
⭐ Pixel-level attention to detail
⭐ Perfect English and exceptional communication skills
⭐ Strong experience with project management, workflows, and structured task execution (ClickUp is a bonus)
⭐ High ownership and discipline in follow-through, with no loose ends or missed steps
⭐ Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting
⭐ Highly organized, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Your First Week: Getting Set Up
Meet Ops & Leadership, learn our tools, explore our documentation systems, and hit the ground running by taking ownership of tasks.
After 1 Month: Delivering Impact
You’ll take ownership of recurring tasks and operational routines: meeting follow-through, documentation updates, reporting cycles, task audits, and supporting onboarding/offboarding steps. By this point you should be keeping small workflows moving without reminders.
In 3 Months: Full Autonomy
You’ll run core project management cycles with full ownership: deadlines, reporting, documentation, task structures, onboarding accuracy, and day-to-day alignment for the team.
