The Transport Administrator supports Bulk Transport operations through data entry, invoicing, records management, and coordination. This role ensures efficient transport documentation, billing accuracy, and compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Administration, Business, Logistics, or related field (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential)
- 3-5+ years’ experience in an administrative, transport, logistics, or accounts-related role
- Experience in transport, warehousing, or logistics industries highly regarded
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience processing invoices and handling financial documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with transport management systems (Translogix or similar) desirable
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote support capacity
