The Bid Coordinator will assist with bid preparation, coordination, and production, working closely with the Bid Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders. The role involves compiling, formatting, and presenting information clearly and professionally using established content, templates, and design assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years’ experience in bid coordination, submissions support, marketing coordination, or a similar support role.
- Strong Adobe InDesign capability is essential.
- Experience preparing, formatting, and compiling professional documents using established templates and content libraries.
