Requirements
- Deliver high-quality 3D models, renders, and immersive walkthroughs using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion
- Translate design briefs into creative, functional, and visually compelling interior concepts
- Create detailed layouts, space planning solutions, and design documentation using ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, or similar tools
- Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and custom design elements
- Prepare presentation materials, including mood boards, renders, and client-facing documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams, including estimators and project stakeholders, to align design intent with budgets and feasibility
- Assist in preparing detailed drawing packages and documentation for project delivery
- Manage multiple design tasks and timelines across projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Support project coordination activities, including responding to design changes and revisions
- Maintain consistency and quality across all design outputs, particularly visualisations and client presentations
