Generous vacation + sick days
You work hard and deserve some time away so you can come back refreshed and ready to take on the next challenge. If you’ve been at Grant Street Group less than 5 years, you have 18 days of PTO a year. If you’ve been here longer than 5 years, it’s 24 days. If you’re sick you should take time away from work to recover, plain and simple. You’ll also have 10 paid holidays a year.
Choose between a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan or a High Deductible plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Both plans offer superior coverage, with most in-network services covered at 100%. We also provide partial deductible reimbursement.
Even if you work remotely, you’ll have the opportunity to come to Pittsburgh — at the Company’s expense — at least twice a year for internal company conferences that include roundtable discussions, strategy meetings, and social events.
To help you meet your financial and retirement goals, we offer a 401(k) plan that is managed by American Funds. The current employer match is $0.50 per $1 of employee contributions up to 5% of total compensation.
If you’re unable to work due to an illness or disability, Grant Street Group has both short-term and long-term disability insurance to mitigate financial concerns during that time.
Paid maternity/paternity leave
This is a family-friendly workplace. We offer paid maternity and paternity leave. When mothers return to work, we have a mother’s room for privacy.
