About the Role

We are seeking a UX Designer for an anime-themed self-improvement application with a focus on gamification and personalized user experiences. The project requires a collaborative effort from three key professionals: a UI/UX Designer, a Graphic Designer, and a 2D Animator.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and analysis to understand the target audience's needs, preferences, and behavior patterns.
2. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize the application's flow and functionality.
4. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
5. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
4. Ability to create intuitive and engaging user flows and interactions.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Familiarity with gamification principles and techniques.
