About the Role

We are seeking a mid-senior level Product designer for a Australian company creating create world-class timepiece watches.

  • Conceptualize and design innovative watch products that align with company's brand identity and market positioning.
  • Conduct research on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the watch industry to incorporate into the product designs.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback for further refinement.
  • Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including technical drawings, material specifications, and detailed descriptions of the watch designs.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a mid-senior level product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and well-executed watch designs.
  2. Proficiency in industry-standard design softwares.
  3. Excellent understanding of watch design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  4. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to develop unique and functional designs.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and manufacturing professionals.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale.
  7. Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
