Core Tasks:
- Edit video content for various platforms, including social media (primarily youtube and instragram/tiktok), websites, and marketing campaigns
- Understand and implement hooks, frameworks, and trends used by other social media influencers on Instagram & Youtube.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative concepts
- Ensure all video content aligns with the public figures brand’s voice and vision
- Optimize video content for engagement and performance on social media
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and digital marketing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Create and manage content calendar
- Create a method to have a quick feedback loop with the public figure in order to get video quality to his liking.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio, ideally with an influencer account on Instagram or Tiktok or Youtuber.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Inshot, DaVinci, Adobe Premiere, also After Effects)
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and social media strategies
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in creating trendy and advanced short-form content
- Experience creating viral videos and storytelling
Nice-to-Haves:
- Demonstrated ability to understand and implement fitness concepts in video content
- Background in digital marketing and social media management
- Adobe Premiere Pro preferred, Final Cut Pro, After Effects
