Occupy a unique position in the market by joining the team as a Technical Lead:
- Ability to multi-task and support a team of developers (pairing, direction, etc) while contributing code to features.
- Setting up deployment pipelines.
- Setting up development tooling and building systems. This includes things like Typescript, Jest, linters, formatters, etc.
- Able to think critically and quickly formulate and execute decisions.
- Able to succinctly distill concepts and issues.
- Review code with a critical eye to detail and how it fits into the overall codebase.
What will help you succeed:
- Expertise in creating complex web experiences, including physics and particle effects, using tools like ThreeJS, canvas, D3, GSAP, and leveraging on-device hardware.
- Expertise in designing and building client applications using JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, Nuxt.js, and Remix.
- Proficiency in designing and building server applications and APIs with web frameworks such as Express and Koa.
- Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (DynamoDB) databases.
- Proficiency with tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation for managing infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS.
- Strong knowledge of network, application, and data security best practices.
- Skilled in implementing and managing internationalization (i18n) for multi-language support.
- Proficiency with application and performance monitoring tools such as New Relic and Sentry.
- Experience with multiple cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, including their associated services.
