Occupy a unique position in the market, as a Producer who manages project production and delivery while serving as a client representative. You will work with the team to create and deliver integrated assets for a major global client. Reporting to a Team Lead, you will oversee daily tasks, ensure timely project completion, and build strong relationships both internally and externally. We're seeking a proactive individual who is creatively driven to achieve exceptional results.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee day-to-day project management of incoming briefs and assignments, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources effectively, and driving projects forward.
- Streamline workflow and traffic management across departments and specialists, ensuring seamless communication, efficient collaboration, and timely project delivery.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing creative production team (video, print, and digital), providing clear direction, mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking, cost estimates, purchase orders, and invoice processing, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and freelancers (e.g., sound studios, directors, photographers), negotiating contracts, managing expectations, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Uphold rigorous quality standards for all final products, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, adjusting plans as needed, and communicating progress effectively to stakeholders.
What will help you succeed
- 2 years of project management/producer experience, preferably in the Communication industry or Post Production Companies.
- Fluent English: spoken and written.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite tools.
