Job Summary
Our client is looking for a dynamic Software Engineer to join their engineering team. This role is at the intersection of conversational AI, radar technology, hardware integration, and Large Language Models (LLMs). You'll be crucial in developing the front-end and back-end for their web and mobile applications using React and React Native, with opportunities to explore their entire tech stack. They're seeking a proactive problem-solver with a hands-on coding approach and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Code daily to solve challenges and help bring the product to market.
Develop a backend architecture to support their LLM-powered health and wellness AI.
Design and develop LLM applications for users.
Optimize LLM applications for latency, concurrency, uptime, and other performance metrics.
Take a leading role in creating interactive, data-driven mobile and web applications using a modern tech stack.
Enhance the backend to power front-end and device features.
Collaborate with a team of accomplished, high-performing engineers.
Gain hands-on experience with embedded devices, front-end, back-end, AWS, and Kubernetes beyond app development.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role.
Professional experience in LLM architectures (e.g., RAG).
Familiarity with commonly used LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
Proficiency in React and React Native for building responsive user interfaces, with strong experience in Redux for state management.
Proficiency in Python and Java 11+ for developing robust server-side applications.
Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Proficiency in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Proven track record of deploying and managing applications on AWS EKS and ECS.
Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka and MQTT.
Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
