Truehold is a revolutionary residential real estate company founded on the principle of providing easy access to home equity for homeowners. The company's mission is to help individuals unlock the value of their homes without the burden of debt. This concept was born from the personal experience of founder Brian Hardecker, who watched his grandfather face difficulties as a homeowner. Truehold combines two established real estate transactions—a traditional home sale and a lease back agreement—in one streamlined process. This unique service empowers homeowners to sell their properties at competitive prices while allowing them to stay in their homes as renters, alleviating the stress of property ownership.

Since its inception in 2021, Truehold has already assisted over 2,000 homeowners in transacting more than $200 million in equity. Their innovative approach is designed to cater particularly to seniors or individuals undergoing life transitions, providing a seamless way to manage equity while maintaining housing stability. The process begins with a no-cost offer that outlines the sale and rental terms, ensuring homeowners remain informed and capable of making the best decisions for their circumstances. Truehold currently operates in over 20 cities across the United States and is committed to expanding its reach to support more homeowners in achieving financial flexibility and peace of mind.
